Previously, he obtained his B.E from the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology, China. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the National Key Laboratory of Mechatronic Engineering and Control, School of Mechatronics Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology, China. His research Interests include RRM in wireless networks, Cooperative transmission, Network security, and Next-generation wireless systems. Moreover, he has published more than 20 scientific and conference papers in distinguished journals.

Dr. Agustín L. Herrera-May received a B.S. degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Veracruzana University, Veracruz, Mexico, in 2000 and M.E. and Doctor of Engineering degrees from Guanajuato University, Guanajuato, Mexico, in 2002 and 2011, respectively. He is a Research Scientist at the Micro and Nanotechnology Research Center (MICRONA) from Veracruzana University. He has served as a Reviewer of the Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, Microsystems & Nanoengineering, Sensors and Actuators A, IEEE Electron Device Letters, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Journal of Microelectromechanical Systems and many more. He is author/co-author of more than 68 peer-reviewed journal papers. His research interests include microelectromechanical and nanoelectromechanical systems, mechanical design, magnetic field sensors, microgripper, energy harvesting, mirror, microphone, resonators, and finite-element method.

Ahmed Mancy Mosa received a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia in 2013. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer at the Al-Mansour University Baghdad. He is a reviewer for several Journals and Conferences. Also, he has reviewed more than 61 articles and published several scientific papers in well-reputed journals.

Dr Raad Yahya Qassim received B.Sc. (1966), M.Sc. (1967), and Ph. D. (1970) from the Imperial College of Science, Technology, and Medicine, all in Chemical Engineering. Currently, he is a Professor of Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, and Ocean Engineering, at the Coppe, The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He is also a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Nuclear Technology, Department of Chemical Engineering, Imperial College of Science, Technology, and Medicine. Moreover, he has presented in more than 60 conferences and has published 50 papers in distinguished journals.

Dr. Yanbing Qi is an associate professor at the College of Natural Resources and Environment, Northwest A&F University. He received his Ph.D. from Northwest A&F University, Yangling Shaanxi, China. He has ever been a Post Doctor in the Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Science. His main research interests include remote sensing-based natural resources and environment monitoring and evaluation, soil process modeling and classification, desertification and revegetation assessment. Dr. Qi has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers in renowned journals.

Dr. Timothy A. Sands is presently serving as an Associate Dean and Associate Professor, present, Naval Postgraduate School, USA. He completed his MS in Mechanical Engineering, Stanford University, Stanford, CA, May 2016. He further obtained a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Stanford University, Stanford, CA, May 2016, USA. He has been a researcher (underwater systems, space systems, technical translation, and social sciences), and an educator in electrical, mechanical, and astronautical engineering (at the Naval Postgraduate School and the Air Force Institute of Technology).
