Dr. Chunpeng Wan is working as a Professor of Nutrition and Food Hygiene in the College of Agronomy, Jiangxi Agricultural University (JXAU), Nanchang, China. He received his M.S. degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ph.D. in phylaxiology from Nanchang University, China. Furthermore, Dr. Wan joined Department of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Rhode Island as a postdoctoral fellow. His research interests include natural products chemistry, metabolomics of medicinal plants, nutraceuticals and food supplements, properties and actions of antioxidants. He has edited various books, authored over 100 publications including original articles, reviews, editorials and book chapters.
