Dr. Chen received Ph.D. degree in System Analysis and Integration from East China Normal University, Shanghai. Currently, he is an associated professor in College of Information Engineering, Shanghai Maritime University. Dr. Chen is in charge of the academic degree of Software & Theory of Computer. His interests include bioinformatics, computational biology, machine learning, graph theory, and algorithm design. Up to now, he has published more than 90 scientific publications.

Dr. Yongqing Zhang is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science, Chengdu University of Information and Technology, Chengdu, China. He has been awarded a degree of PhD in Computer Science from Sichuan University, China in 2016. He was a visiting PhD student at the University of California San Diego, USA. His research is in the areas of machine learning and bioinformatics and his several related works have been published by NAR, EAAI, CHEMOMETER LAB, etc.
