A brief introduction of Bentham Science Brand Ambassador:
Bentham Science Ambassador Program, a project of Bentham Science, is an effort to liaison between the researcher and the publisher. This program will act as a tool to spread information and knowledge about Bentham content and initiatives among the research community. Through promoting Bentham Science content, the Bentham Science Ambassador encourages researchers to contribute to Bentham Science publications, and will in return be rewarded points for the tasks performed by them, which they could redeem through various offers & incentives by Bentham Science such as, Bentham Science eBooks, Open Access Journal, etc. This online portal will facilitate the ambassadors in performing their tasks.

Biography of E.L. de Souza
Evandro L. de Souza received a Ph.D. in Nutrition (2006) from Federal University of Pernambuco (Brazil) and a master’s degree in Food Science and Technology (2003) from Federal University of Paraíba (Brazil). He is currently an Associate Professor and a leader scientist at Laboratory of Food Microbiology - Department of Nutrition - Federal University of Paraíba. His research expertise and interests are food microbiology, food safety, probiotics, prebiotics and gut microbiota modulation. He is (co)-author of more than 200 scientific outputs, including original research, review papers, book chapters and patents.
