摘要

免疫疗法继续重新定义实体瘤治疗领域,其中 PD-L1/PD-1 免疫检查点抑制剂具有最广泛的影响。作为全世界诊断出的最常见的癌症,人们对开发用于治疗早期和转移性乳腺癌的免疫疗法非常感兴趣。最近报道的几项临床试验结果已经确定了免疫治疗药物单独或与标准治疗联合治疗早期和转移性疾病的潜在作用。虽然迄今为止的试验很有希望,但免疫疗法仅被证明对选定的一组乳腺癌患者有益,这些患者由肿瘤亚型、PD-L1 表达和治疗线定义。随着超过 250 项试验的进行,新兴数据将使乳腺癌免疫治疗策略的进一步完善成为可能。整合多个推定的生物标志物并考虑早期反应或耐药性的动态标志物可能会为免疫治疗研究和整合到临床实践中的最佳患者选择提供信息。本综述将总结免疫检查点阻断 (ICB) 治疗早期和转移性乳腺癌的现有证据,重点介绍当前和未来潜在的治疗反应生物标志物。
