The Open Forest Science Journal is an Open Access online journal, which publishes research articles, reviews, letters and guest edited single topic issues in all areas of forest science.

Topics covered in the journal include, forest ecology; conservation and management, tree genetics and physiology, wood quality and production, systems analysis and modeling and silviculture.
