Aims & Scope

The Open Cardiovascular Imaging Journal is an open access online journal, which publishes original full length, short research articles (letters), reviews on cardiovascular imaging. Imaging techniques covered include magnetic resonance and spectroscopy, positron emission tomography, computed tomography, radionuclide, molecular, nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, non-invasive and X-ray imaging, all advances in heart failure research. Coverage includes basic to clinical research, pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of heart failure.

The Open Cardiovascular Imaging Journal, a peer reviewed journal, aims to provide the most complete and reliable source of information on current developments in the field. The emphasis will be on publishing quality articles rapidly and freely available worldwide.
